PLANNING BOARD
The Town of Cambria Planning Board was established by resolution of the Town Board on July 5, 1955.
The members of the Planning Board review and render decisions relative to site plans and proposed subdivisions within the town. Additionally, they are involved in the preparation of a comprehensive master plan for the development of the entire area of the town.
Zoning and Subdivision applications are available at the office of the Building Inspector.

Meetings
Meetings of the Planning Board are generally conducted on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Public Hearings which are posted at the Town Hall and advertised as required, are conducted as necessary. All meetings are open to the public.

Subdivision Application Procedure

Review Zoning Ordinance.

Contact Building Inspector at 433-8161 to make appointment to complete application.

Submit Application and all applicable: maps, drawings, plats, surveys, easements, affidavits, licenses, contracts, and other information which characterize the application and property.

To obtain action submit to Chairman of Planning Board via Zoning Officer at Town Hall by the first day of the month, prior to a Planning Board Meeting. (Prepay applicable fees to Zoning Officer)

Applicant and/or owner must attend each Public Planning Board Meeting and Site Inspection to obtain any motion toward approval of plan.

Applicant and owner must agree to Planning Board conditions or no approval will exist.
